Our Story
It all started with a cosmetic treatment abroad. Simonetta was traveling when she noticed that Western salons were using an entirely different caliber of equipment — more precise, more advanced, more professional machines that Hungarian beauticians could only dream of at the time. On her way home, one thought kept spinning: why couldn't these machines be brought to Hungary too?
That evening she told László about it, and he didn't just agree — he was instantly hooked. What excited him was the technical side: how do these lasers actually work, what's inside them, what makes them tick. When they ordered their first machine together, László took it apart immediately, studied every component, and understood it down to the last screw. That's how a truly powerful duo was born: Simonetta with beauty industry expertise and a medical mindset, László with hands-on engineering skills and real service experience.

I've been taking apart and tuning cars since I was a teenager, so the world of machines has always been second nature to me. That hands-on, engineering mindset defines my work at Skinlab too: I'm responsible for making sure every device reaches our clients in flawless technical condition. If any issue comes up, we handle it in-house, quickly and professionally, with a loaner device for the duration of the repair. Laser technology has become my specialty over the years, and I can confidently say there's no malfunction I haven't encountered before. That kind of experience gives our clients real peace of mind, because they know their equipment is in safe hands.
